Global Humanitarian Response Plan (GHRP) for COVID-19 Progress Report: Fourth Edition

Since the humanitarian community came together in March and launched the first COVID-19 Global Humanitarian Response Plan (GHRP), the virus has unfortunately impacted global economies and societies. Millions of people have been pushed to the brink of survival, meanwhile fear of secondary impacts have been – and will continue to be – devastating.

This report presents the collective achievements the UN and NGOs have made in the COVID-19 response thus far. It presents the overview of the current context in which the COVID response is taking place, as well as examples of how partners have innovated and adapted programmes and delivery to overcome constraints. The report also provides a funding and resource mobilization analysis and an update on pooled fund support to the crisis. This is the final GHRP progress report for 2020.
