Over the past year, the GNC-CT has been moving forward in developing its capacity building framework and long-term capacity development vision. The draft capacity building strategy, initially presented at the GNC Annual Meeting 2019, has been revised and updated. This meeting is an opportunity to present the new version of the strategy, discuss associated resources (NCC and IMO competency frameworks and e-learning platform) and consult with NCCs and IMOs regarding the direction of the strategy and future capacity building initiatives.
