“We have consultants available from all over the world, they might be from your region or even your country, so you can skip travel restrictions”.

The GTAM, co-led by UNICEF & World Vision, has established rosters of vetted consultants to support actors in country to source technical expertise quickly. There are five different rosters, each covering a specific technical area:

  • Community Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM)
  • Infant and Young Child Feeding in emergencies (IYCF-E)
  • Micronutrient supplementation in emergencies
  • Integrated nutrition-specific and nutrition-sensitive interventions
  • Needs assessment and analysis for nutrition outcomes (SMART, IYCF-E, coverage surveys and qualitative assessments)

Placing a request and receiving recommendation of candidates from the GTAM Consultant Rosters is free of charge. Recommendation of potential candidates is fast (approx. 3 working days). The subsequent hiring process and fee negotiations remain entirely under the responsibility of the requestor.

Any partner, agency, cluster, sector or technical working group in country identifying a need for Nutrition staff support can contact the GTAM Consultant Rosters to receive recommendation of up to 3 candidates. Information is available at https://www.nutritioncluster.net/GTAM_Consultant_Rosters
